261,000ft² speculative industrial development on Junction 28 of the M1.

Working for Richardson Capital LLP and Thorngrove Land & Property we have designed a 248,600ft² of warehouse with 12,400ft² office. The cost conscious design provides a contemporary aesthetic focussed on the prominent front corner, whilst meeting all institutional standards including BREEAM Very Good rating, a 15m height to underside of haunch, 24 dock levelers and a continuous 50m yard. It's design using a collaborative 3D model allowed the innovate use of Virtual Reality as part of the sales & marketing process, including the production of a flythrough directly from the construction information.
