Working for the Scarborough Group, we engaged with multiple stakeholders to develop a town centre extension and regeration scheme where successive predecessors have failed. Reinforcing the urban grain along Mill Street, the scheme will create small, mid and large units in the heart of the town centre whilst improving connectivity to the outdoor market.
