Leisure has long been critical to any retail scheme of scale. We collaborated with long-standing Client Derwent in securing planning consent for the third phase of Liverpool Shopping Park, bringing an eye-catching theatre and entertainment venue to complement and enhance the offer of the establish retail park, driving footfall and night-time economy. The scheme will boast an extensive leisure block comprising a six-screen cinema, a new state of the art Hollywood Bowl, as well as a gym and five restaurant units on the ground floor.
