Consultant Stewart Grant Appointed to Provide Strategic Support

We are delighted to welcome Stewart Grant to the team to provide strategic business advice and support as we look to continued improvement and further growth in the coming years.

Stewart is a highly experienced Architect and a knowledgeable and respected property industry business consultant. He is grounded in managing the operational aspects of architecture practices and is passionate about creating the right opportunities for businesses and individuals to develop.

Stewart’s initial remit at Aew will include advising on our:

– Business Plan/Strategy
– Management Development Programme – including soft skills, coaching and mentoring
– Sector and service planning
– HR activities – including collating staff feedback
– Business Development Strategy

Alongside further investment in our people, processes and systems, we hope to harness Stewart’s skills and experience in the coming months, to develop and implement a robust new Business Plan going forward.
