We are honoured to have been appointed, once again, to the £1.5 billion Innovation Chain North (ICN) Framework.
The purpose of the 4-year, ICN framework is to support the delivery of new homes across the north of England, helping deliver Great Places’ ambitious development programme and assisting other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.
We were one of the 103 successful contractors and consultants from the 206 that applied, and were selected following a review of our technical competence, price and commitment to social value.
Commenting on our appointment, AEW Director Colin Savage said:
“We are delighted to retain a place on the architectural lots of the ICN Framework. We’re looking forward to continuing to work in partnership with Great Places, the ICN members and their customers to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes and environments. We will continue to support the social value initiatives to deliver great places to live and deliver consistent and sustainable job creation and training in the communities.”
Joanne Whitehead, Great Places’ Development Performance Manager, responsible for managing the framework, added:
“We are delighted to be working with AEW Architects on our new ICN framework. We are confident they will be able to work with us and the cleints of ICN in delivering the sector’s extensive development ambitions in the North.”
The new £1.5 billion framework will run until June 2028. For a full list of all the successful companies visit the ICN website.
