Our Year In Numbers 2022

On Friday 14th October we held our annual End of Year Presentation to review and celebrate our performance over the last financial year and to share our plans for the next. We hosted the event in our office, with the whole team in attendance, before heading out for a party at The Blues Kitchen.
In the face of a range of global and national issues, which have had a knock-on effect on our industry and those of our clients, FY 2021-2022 saw us deliver another strong performance across the practice. Below we summarise our year in numbers:
– 30% increase in net turnover
– 90 strong team delivering fantastic projects for our clients
– 6 Promotions, including 2 new Directors
– 3 of our team became qualified Architects
– 268 new projects – up 24% on last year
– 74% ‘exceptional’ average Net Promoter Score from our Annual Client Survey
– 9.1% pay rise awarded to all staff to help with the cost-of-living crisis
– 3 – we have rolled out Rapport3, an integrated Project, CRM and HR systems
– £13,932 pounds raised for charitable causes – over double last year’s total
– 315 hours of volunteering time donated to local charities and organisations
– 12 work experience students hosted
Managing Director, Andy Rainford concluded the presentation:
