Working with a repeat client to design a warehouse development on a piece of vacant land at the edge of Appleton Thorn Industrial Estate, which will create new jobs and help reinforce the growth of employment at the industrial estate.

    The scheme has been sensitively designed to reduce the impact of the scheme on neighbouring residential properties, when compared to numerous historic planning consents on the site. The building has been positioned to act as both a physical and acoustic barrier between the houses and the proposed service yard activities, whilst a proposed landscaped bund provides screening to soften its visual appearance.

    The speculative Grade A industrial development provides over 50,000ft² of industrial space, with associated offices, yards and car parking.
