We have designed a high quality 130,000sqft asset management facility for BAE Systems at Samlesbury Aerospace Enterprise Zone in Lancashire which completed in late 2020.
We engaged with a range of key stakeholders through a detailed programme of workshops and presentations, to tailor the design of this bespoke facility to suit BAE System’s requirements, as they consolidated a number
of asset management sites together from around the UK.
Working to BIM Level 2, we collaborated with the design team and clients using an asset rich, 3D model. We are proud to be continuing our work with BAE Systems, leading the way with clear, transparent and technically advanced BIM data. We have undertaken several projects for the client including an advanced manufacturing facility and a contemporary, sustainable office building at the same site.
This new facility marks another significant investment in the Samlesbury Aerospace EZ, which is home to a growing number of top-class, high-tech facilities.
