The Brief

We were appointed by Brookhouse Developments to deliver a new facility for Helsby Community Sports Club. The new facility forms part of an enabling development for a local housing-led scheme nearby.

Working with Barnfield Construction and Brookhouse Developments, we liaised closely with stakeholders to deliver the new facility in response to their current and future needs and aspirations.

The Outcome

The project completed in December 2020 and now provides high quality sporting facilities for both new and existing residents. The centre includes an external football pitch, four tennis courts and two bowling greens.

The building also includes a function room inside which is capable of hosting events such as weddings, parties and classes.

The design also allows for extension and expansion to help the Club meet its aspirations for the future.
