Delivering 43 homes

on a brownfield site

18 apartments

for supported living

8 wheelchair

accessible bungalows

Procured via the

ICN Framework

Overview

Since our appointment via the ICN Framework in 2021, we have worked closely with Great Places to develop transformational proposals for this 1.39 ha brownfield site.

Working together, we’ve developed proposals for a 43-home development comprising 18 apartments for supported living, along with eight two-bed wheelchair accessible bungalows, 10 cottage style apartments and seven two-bed houses.

The aim of the development is to deliver a sustainable and mixed community close to Bury town centre, providing a safe and secure place for local people with disabilities to live close to their family and friends.

Planning for the scheme was approved by Bury Council in summer 2024.
