We transformed a Grade II Listed building within the Upper King Street Conservation Area, with the addition of a new, sympathetic two storey rooftop extension. The converted building provides 40 boutique rooms while the rooftop extension includes Manchester’s first infinity spa pool that looks out over the Manchester skyline, the spa and entertainment space maximising views of the Townhall conservation area.
