We designed and delivered a Grade A, 176,000ft² speculative industrial unit for PLP (formerly Peel Logistics), which has subsequently been successfully let to soak.com. Occupying a prime position on Liverpool International Business Park, the highly flexible warehouse and distribution centre, complete with 18No. dock levellers and generous 50m yard, responds to market demand on one of the region’s most sought after logistics locations; close to the M62, M56 and M57 motorways, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and the Port of Liverpool’s deep water container offer, that will be capable of accepting 95% of the world’s shipping fleet.
The completion of L175 within budget and on schedule is another significant milestone for Peel Logistics as it continues to build a reputation as a developer of high-quality warehousing facilities.
