Working for Tritax Symmetry, we have master planned Ma6nitude, to provide upto 1,750,000ft² industrial, manufacturing and logistics development, strategically located less than 2 miles from Junction 18 off the M6. Detailed planning consent has been secured for the first two buildings of 149,000ft² and 41,000ft², with construction anticipated from December 2018 onwards.

Love Hearts maker, Swizzels Matlow, has signed up for a 158,000ft² facility on the site which represents a significant expansion of the confectioner’s current manufacturing capability and involves a significant additional investment in new plant and machinery. It will form the first phase of a potential 460,000ft² overall development for Swizzels at the business park.

Prior to the joint venture, we worked on the scheme for Pochin Property under the Midpoint 18 banner including the delivery of a 350,000ft² distribution unit occupied by Kuehne + Nagel.
