The opening of the new HQ is a crucial moment in Radius’ history… We have tried to build a mix of professional workspace with some nice relaxation and informal areas to create a great environment for our employees. Bill Homes CEO, Radius Payment SolutionsWe worked collaboratively from inception to completion with Pochin and the end user client, Radius Payment Solutions, to design and deliver their new global headquarters at Crewe Business Park. Early engagement including the full consultant team, ensured that we delivered value and buildability from the outset, as over 500 staff were brought together from Radius's existing buildings in Crewe.
The four-storey project, which includes column free 15m office floor plates, an atrium, gym, games room, communal meeting areas and café, was designed using a collaborative 3D model. This not only reduced the amount of uncertainty and risk associated with the project but enabled the innovative use of virtual reality software to better communicate the design with the Client and Interior Designer, Space Invader.
