Raven Locks, Salford


We continue to grow our portfolio of industrial and commercial projects with client Network Space at ‘Raven Locks’, a speculative 173,000sqft warehousing and distribution site in Salford.

    This new build development, which completed in April 2021, comprises six warehouse units – three detached and self-contained ranging from 29,500 sq ft to 61,000 sq ft, along with a terrace of a further three units ranging from 11,000 sq ft to 19,000 sq ft.

    Using our wealth of industrial knowledge and working in close liaison with the client and letting agents, we have maximised the development potential of the site while carefully considering the setting of buildings and ensuring the adaptability of the units and external areas to accommodate developing technologies.

    Upon completion, more than 100,000 sqft was under offer from potential occupiers, representing almost 60% of the site.
