We have been appointed to develop a new unit for an existing self-storage operator. The proposals involve the part demolition of existing industrial buildings and the decanting of existing customers. Designs are being prepared to echo the industrial context through contemporary architecture whilst maximising the GIA. Planning was submitted in Spring 2024.
