Working alongside L&Q we've had proposals for the extensive refurbishment of Stretford House, an iconic residential landmark and Trafford's tallest building. Works will include new brick slip cladding which will create a modern aesthetic and improve thermal performance. Alongside this, new high-performance windows will mitigate noise from nearby road networks.
