We have designed a 190,000sqft Business Park in Wilmslow which has received planning. This scheme includes offices, business space and amenity use.
Under the outline plans, there are four development plots and a multi-storey car park with nearly 600 spaces, along with a centrally-located park and green space, along with another park situated to the north of the site.
We designed a masterplan that will set the principles for an accessible, vibrant and sustainable business community. Generous landscaping, amenity space, cycle hub and shared facilities are at the heart of the development, which will provide a focal point to the office park.
These high-quality, exemplar workplaces with health and wellbeing high on the agenda, would help attract and retain the best staff. We were delighted to be part of the team, working with a forward-thinking client and building on our experience of master planning and out of town commercial office developments.
