Wayne joined AEW in 2025 as Technical Lead. With vast technical and legislative knowledge, along with a wealth of practical cross-sector experience, Wayne will lead the technical delivery of projects across the practice.

Wayne joined AEW with more than 40 years’ industry experience amassed at several high-profile North West practices. He has extensive experience on the technical delivery stages of projects, from award of planning consent to practical completion. With vast knowledge of the Building Safety Act (BSA), he will ensure that the practice’s outputs continue to not only meet but exceed regulations.
