Wayne joined AEW in 2025. He is a highly knowledgeable individual with 40 years’ experience leading architectural technical delivery and ensuring quality assurance across projects in a range of sectors.

• Indepth knowledge of planning, Building Regulations, CDM & other legislation
• Understanding of Designer & Principal Designer’s responsibilities (CDM & BR)
• Supporting the co-ordination of project info for CDM & BR
• Project delivery - RIBA Stage 4 to completion
• Design team management and coordination
• Experienced within multifaceted projects - leading and negotiating solutions to complex challenges with cost, programme, aesthetic and technical compliance in mind

Wayne is responsible for leading the technical delivery of architectural services throughout AEW. This includes guiding strategic direction, compliance with legislation and best practice, knowledge sharing and continued professional development. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining technical standards within the practice, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering innovative solutions to complex design challenges alongside our design teams.
