Toasting the Launch of our New London Office

Have you really launched your new London office if you haven’t had a party?
Thanks to our clients, collaborators and friends who joined our team at Iberica, Marylebone last week for the official launch of our new office. We welcomed guests from local London Authorities, Storage King and Kier, alongside longstanding collaborators like Rider Levitt Bucknall, Lichfields and WSP, to enjoy an afternoon of catchups, tapas and tipples.
Situated in the iconic Smiths Building in Fitzrovia, our London studio will serve as a hub for our growing team working on a variety of projects across the capital. Notably, we’re leading the retrofit of Morland House & Talbot Grove House in Kensington, which recently received planning approval. Our central location also ensures we’re close to valued clients like McDonald’s Restaurants, reinforcing our strong relationships.
Speaking about the occasion, Commercial Director Colin Savage shared:
“This is an exciting time for our team. Opening a London office reflects another year of growth for the practice and allows us to better serve our expanding portfolio of work across London and the South of England. It was wonderful to celebrate with familiar faces and new connections as we embark on this next chapter.”
Our presence in London builds on a legacy of successful projects in the South of England, including Ronald McDonald House Oxford, the London Construction Awards winner Ronald McDonald House Evelina in Lambeth, and high-profile McDonald’s Restaurants at Kings Cross, St Paul’s, and London Bridge.
