We Announce New BREEAM Services

We are delighted to announce we are now able to offer our clients both BREEAM Accredited Professional and BREEAM Assessment services, further broadening of sustainability offer.

These new services will be delivered by Sustainability Manager Peter Bartley. Peter has over 14 years’ industry experience providing energy and sustainability consultancy services across a broad range of sectors. He has specialist experience carrying out whole life cycle assessment, dynamic building modelling and advising and informing BREEAM and net zero strategies. He has also been at the forefront of whole life cycle assessment methods since 2018.

As a BREEAM Accredited Professional, Peter is available to offer sustainability advice on new build and refurbishment schemes, guiding through the assessment process and helping to achieve sustainability and BREEAM goals. Furthermore, as a licensed BREEAM Assessor, Peter can also manage the formal assessment process and apply for certification on behalf of our clients.

Integrating BREEAM services into our Architectural offering allows us to engage with BREEAM at the earliest opportunity, designing in sustainability from the outset and facilitating the highest levels of certification.
