We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for ‘Architectural Practice of the Year’ in the Insider North West Property Awards 2023.
The aim of the awards, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, is to celebrate the property industry in the North West. This year’s finalists were chosen after a robust judging process and discussions with previous winners and other respected sector experts.
This is the sixth time we’ve been shortlisted in this category, and we’re delighted to see the team being recognised in this way following another successful 12 months. During this time, we’ve achieved a 30% increase in net turnover, welcomed two new Directors to the Board and been certified as a B Corp – one of only 19 architecture, design and planning companies in the UK to hold the globally recognised certification.
Additionally, we’ve raised over £13,000 for charitable causes, doubling the previous year’s total, and volunteered 315 hours of time to local charities and organisations – many spent supporting the communities in which we’re working.
Andy Rainford, Managing Director has said of the news:
“We’re delighted to have been shortlisted in these awards for the fourth consecutive year. The accolade is a testament to the hard work of our team who have continued to deliver high quality schemes for our clients across the North West. It also recognises our continued support for local communities and the environment in the region, which are at the heart of our placemaking approach. We look forward to attending the Awards night in May alongside the other finalists.”
We’re also proud to see Network Space shortlisted in the ‘Purpose-Led Innovation’ category for their Glass Futures project for which we’re Architect. View the full list of finalists in all 16 categories on Insider.
