We’re attending MIPIM 2025

We’re excited to announce that AEW is returning to MIPIM from 10 to 14 March 2025!

This international property festival offers a unique opportunity for industry stakeholders to connect through face-to-face discussions, workshops, and panels aimed at transforming the built environment.

As a Manchester-based business, we’re attending as a member of Place North’s MIPIM delegation, with the aim of championing the North of England on the global stage.

Representing AEW at the week-long event will be Director Phil Hepworth and Associate Director Mark Massey.

Phil leads our town centre regeneration projects across the UK, collaborating with local authorities ranging from Stockport and Oldham to Reading and Redditch, alongside key residential schemes such as Moor Lane in Bolton and Fletcher Street in Stockport.

Mark, who recently re-joined the practice, possesses extensive expertise in designing and delivering residential projects for developers, national housebuilders, registered providers, and blue light projects.

Phil shared his excitement: “After several years away, we’re thrilled to return to MIPIM this March. The festival is a fantastic opportunity to connect and share best practices. We look forward to engaging with clients, investors, developers, and collaborators to identify opportunities and help drive innovation in the industry.”
