We’re an Insider Residential Property Awards Winner

We’re delighted to announce that we are an Insider North West Residential Property Awards winner! On Thursday 25th January, our Sale West project was announced as the winner in the Social Impact category at the prestigious industry awards.
The £50m Sale West masterplan is one of the largest regeneration projects in Manchester for over a decade. It includes the delivery of 263 new homes, enhancing the estate with a focus on green spaces and biodiversity and driving up the quality of 1,100 existing homes. Phase 1 is nearing completion, with over 50 of the first 79 new homes handed over to date. The 22-unit Phase 2 has also recently commenced and will see 9 complex infill sites being redeveloped to provide highly energy efficient dwellings with renewable energy sources.
In addition to the physical improvements, together with project partners Irwell Valley Homes and Seddon, we have helped tackle economic and social challenges and invested time and funds to create a wealth of training and employment opportunities for those living locally.
